Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026 · Last updated: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Innoventure Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information across our apps and websites, including Pepper — Personal Assistant, Alpha SafeNet, FreshieLoo, Proximity, and any future products we release under this policy (together, the "Services").

Each product also has a short product notice describing exactly what that product does and doesn't collect. Where a product notice is more specific than this policy, the product notice controls.

Our approach

We build products to collect as little as possible. Where a product can work entirely on your device, it does — and we say so plainly in its product notice. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Information we may handle

What we handle depends on which Service you use:

CategoryExamplesWhere it applies
On-device app dataNotes, tasks, settings you create in an appPepper (never leaves your device)
Website usage dataPages visited, referrer, browser type, approximate regionOur websites (see product notices)
Purchase recordsSubscription status, anonymized transaction identifiersPaid apps, processed by app stores
CommunicationsEmails you send us for supportAll Services

Payments and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment card details. For subscription apps, purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat, a subscription-management service that receives anonymized transaction identifiers — not your name, email, or app content. RevenueCat's practices are described in its own privacy policy.

Hosting and infrastructure

Our websites are served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the sites. Where a site keeps basic visit statistics, its product notice says so.

What we don't do

Data retention

On-device data stays on your device until you delete it (in-app or by uninstalling). Website statistics are kept only as long as needed for operating the sites. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most of our products keep your data on your own device, the fastest path is usually the product's own delete controls — but you can always contact us and we will honor applicable rights requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to each Service. For on-device products, your data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, biometrics, encryption).

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy or a product notice, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes affecting an app, we'll provide notice in the app or on this page before the change takes effect.
